Am I a master brainwasher?
I often feel like people think I’m crazy. Yet when I actually sit down and talk to someone and we sit down and get past pressures, thoughts, and feelings that aren’t their own, they seem to settle in the fact the mere ideas have potential. One seems to step outside the realm of their normal tendencies and routine acts. We get inside of a place, let me imagine this place for you. The feeling feels like one opens a portal from the world we typically live in and step in a new one. This world being outside of time. Time feels frozen yet flowing. Judgement feels non-existent yet honest. Emotions feel free yet light. It’s a place that allows you to feel not because someone told you to, but rather because you wanted to. It’s not a matter of convincing but allowing. Even if one hasn’t agreed upon and settled with an idea or thought one is listening. Not listening to speak or be heard but rather to understand. There wouldn’t be any fighting but there could be dance. There could be play; not meaning unserious necessarily, but free. That’s the place I like to go to when conversing with me.
