I want to think at a higher level
My friend called me neurodivergent last night and I had to look that up this morning. I’ve had people almost insinuate that I was autistic and I was disgusted by that thought. I think it is due to the stigma and the connotations and potentially even the denotation and definition of these words but I am not certain as I do not even know what they mean. Now that being said The Architect of Humanity would do the following: ensure the individuals with the differnt, varying and atypical potential thoughts, behaviors, ideas and systems will be able to view these variations as natural innate differences rather than a deficit. There is no reason that a person that is atypical cannot do and feel like the best at what they do. Side note. I may have a few atypical tendencies, I find it that they do not hinder me, instead provide ample opportunity for innovation and growth. I just know that I do not like being normal. I like to think outside the typical thoughts, processes, habits, and loops. In a way that can seem grounded while potentially even sounding mystical. I want to transcend. And this is almost like transcending consciousness. Having a different or higher level of awareness. This sounds farfetched but can be achieved through practical steps like increasing or altering things like my brain, body, and mind processing system. Just give it an update. And updates are gradual even though it may not seem like it. It truly is learning and development. So when I say transcending when referring to consciousness this just means, exiting the loop of normal thoughts, cycles, perception, evaluation and reaction. It is mindfulness. It is heightned self-awareness. And the things that sound mystical can be closer in reach. Like aligning with the self. Expanding perspective. Not altering time but altering the sense of time. Dissolution of the typical boundaries of “I.” None of this is magic or will magically happen and yet is actually quite scientific and can be very structured in mechanisms for exploration. Like reflection/journaling. Some sort of structured practice that gives biofeedback because you biology or body is a system that reads, interprets, decodes and gives feedback. This could mean meditation (whatever that means) or having a different sense of awareness when dreaming etc. Technology-assisted tools can help with things like neurofeedback, VR, brain stimulation and cognitive experiences. I was wondering and wanting to explore the differences in neuroscience and cognitive science if there are any. BEWARE this can be a slippery slope especially if not suited for the environment that surrounds you. So it’s important to ground (sounds mystical) and be connected to this material world and take care of yourself. So we must sleep, have good nutrition, and social connection as parts of our routines. Especially because these methods can evoke intense emotion or altered perception. It’s safe to work in increments. Don’t treat yourself like a project writing too much code all at once without testing then allowing for mayhem and your system to go haywire.
